Helping Hands specializes in insurance credentialing, payer contracting, enrollment support, and post-credentialing operations for Applied Behavior Analysis, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and physical therapy providers.
We support individual providers, group practices, therapy clinics, ABA organizations, and multidisciplinary practices as they establish payer relationships, add providers and locations, expand into new markets, and maintain their participation with commercial and managed care plans.
From application preparation through effective-date confirmation and payer activation, we help organize the administrative process and provide a clearer path toward active participation.
Helping Hands assists eligible Florida ABA, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and physical therapy organizations with the administrative preparation required for Health Care Clinic Licensure or a Certificate of Exemption from Health Care Clinic Licensure.
Helping Hands provides independent accreditation readiness consulting for ABA provider organizations pursuing accreditation through The Joint Commission or the Autism Commission on Quality.
Our accreditation services focus on gap analysis and readiness assessments, policy and documentation development, and mock audits and survey preparation.
Helping Hands is an independent consulting firm. Accreditation decisions are made solely by The Joint Commission and ACQ.
We assist individual providers, group practices, clinics, and multidisciplinary organizations with preparing credentialing information, submitting payer applications, requesting network participation, tracking outstanding requirements, communicating with payer representatives, confirming contract status, and monitoring effective dates.
Schedule a discovery call or contact us by email to discuss your provider type, service areas, and credentialing or contracting goals.
We identify available commercial and managed care health plans in your target geographic areas and provide a customized proposal with recommended plans, service fees, estimated requirements, and expected processing timeframes.
After you approve the proposal, we send you a list of required provider and organizational documents, including any applicable payer-specific forms. Standard forms are also available under New Provider Forms.
Submit your documents through our secure Document Upload page. We review submissions within approximately 24–48 business hours and notify you by email of any missing or incomplete items.
Once your file is complete and submission-ready, we prepare and submit the application. You will receive available proof of submission, such as a tracking number, request number, confirmation, or submission record.
We routinely follow up with the health plan and monitor the application through processing. Most payer applications may take approximately 90–180 days, depending on the plan, network availability, application volume, and credentialing requirements.
