About Us

Helping Hands Training and Consulting is a specialized consulting and education firm supporting Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), speech, occupational, physical therapy, and home health providers. We focus on licensing, credentialing, provider enrollment, and contracting—helping practices build the compliant foundation required to operate, participate with insurance networks, and scale with confidence.


Our goal is to simplify the most complex and time-consuming parts of starting and growing a healthcare practice. From AHCA licensing and exemptions to insurance enrollment and contracting, we guide providers through every step of the process across Medicaid, managed care, and commercial payor environments.
