About Us
Helping Hands Training & Consulting is an independent healthcare consulting and education firm dedicated to helping providers navigate the regulatory, administrative, and operational requirements of building and maintaining a healthcare organization. We support new and established providers with AHCA licensing, accreditation readiness, insurance credentialing and contracting, provider enrollment, policy and procedure development, provider education, post-credentialing operations, and ongoing compliance consulting.
Helping Hands was created from firsthand experience with the challenges healthcare providers encounter behind the scenes. Licensing requirements, payer enrollment, credentialing, contracting, billing readiness, staff education, policies, and compliance obligations are often handled as separate tasks. In practice, these areas are closely connected, and a problem in one area can affect the organization’s ability to operate, receive payment, or remain compliant.
Our approach is practical, organized, and educational. We help clients understand what is required, identify gaps, establish priorities, prepare documentation, and implement systems that can be maintained after the initial project is complete. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all solution, we consider each organization’s services, staffing structure, payer goals, current stage, and operational needs.
Our Story
Helping Hands Training & Consulting was founded in 2022 by Geydis Lambarri, MBA, RCMS, CPCO. Her healthcare career began in 2017 when she entered the behavioral health industry and began working within Applied Behavior Analysis, commonly known as ABA.
In 2018, Geydis moved into office practice management, where she became increasingly involved in the administrative and operational side of healthcare. Her work included supporting practice operations, provider credentialing, payer enrollment, insurance contracting, billing and revenue cycle processes, authorization workflows, documentation requirements, compliance activities, and the development of administrative systems.
From 2018 through 2022, she continued building hands-on experience in healthcare practice management and gained a detailed understanding of the work required to support providers beyond the delivery of clinical services. She saw that many healthcare professionals entered business ownership with strong clinical knowledge but limited guidance regarding licensing, payer participation, policies, billing processes, administrative infrastructure, and ongoing compliance responsibilities.
In 2022, Geydis founded Helping Hands Training & Consulting to provide the structured guidance, education, and operational support she saw providers needing throughout the industry. The company was established to help healthcare organizations understand complex requirements, avoid preventable administrative gaps, and develop stronger systems for long-term operations.
