By referring a patient to us, you’re helping ensure they receive individualized support to reach their full potential!

• Expert Clinicians: Our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other dedicated professionals have extensive experience in designing effective, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Collaborative Approach: We work closely with families, schools, and other healthcare providers to create a unified support network for each child.
• Comprehensive Services: From initial assessments to ongoing therapy sessions and parent training, we offer a full spectrum of ABA services.

1. Complete Our Referral Form: Please fill out our secure online referral form or download a PDF version to fax/email.
2. Share Relevant Records: Include any recent evaluations, diagnostic reports, or other clinical documentation that will help our team tailor the therapy plan.
3. Confirmation & Follow-Up: Once we receive the referral and documentation, our care team will contact the family within 48 business hours to begin the intake process.

We are in-network providers with Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), and we are currently undergoing contracting with other major insurance payers. If you have any questions about our network status with a payer, please contact our office at (786) 534-4483.
