No, we are not responsible for the Florida Medicaid's program determination for your enrollment application.

Appointments can be made via this website under the "Registration" page but are no longer required. We accept walk-ins Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
You must bring a valid form of identification (e.g., driver’s license, passport) and any documentation required by the agency requesting your fingerprints. For example, the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) requires an OCA (Originating Case Agency) number to be included in your fingerprint submission.
It depends on the ORI, please check the "Pricing" page for further details.
The visit itself will take no more than 10-15 minutes. However, the regulatory agency's processing time can take up to 10 business days to receive the results; typically, it takes much less.
Your fingerprints will be transmitted to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) for processing before going to the regulatory agency corresponding to the ORI you selected/provided. We will provide you a Transaction Control Number (TCN) for your captured fingerprints so you can track the status via the FDLE website, however, we will not receive a copy of your results nor you, only the licensing agency.
An ORI stands for "Originating Agency Identification," which is how we know which regulatory agency to transmit your captured fingerprints to. If you do not recall or have the ORI available, we have an ORI list in our office. Please be aware, though, that we are not at fault if you provide us with the incorrect ORI.
Please reach us at if you cannot find an answer to your question.
The class can last 4.5-5 hours for adult or pediatric first aid and adult, child, and infant CPR AED. It is conducted at our location, which has ample parking in the evenings and weekends. We offer complimentary tree nut-free refreshments for our students. If you want to bring your own lunch, we have a fridge on site for storage. Bathroom breaks will be available during the training.
No wait time! You will receive your digital certification card at the end of the class.
Once you register for a practical skills class, our office will provide you with an access link to the online training component. You must complete the online portion of the training before the class date. Our office will contact the students who have not completed the online component 2 business days before the class date to confirm anticipated completion or to reschedule their practical skills class. If you encounter any technical difficulties, you can contact us via phone or email.
A blended learning class allows you to complete the online training at your own pace and then attend a practical skills session at our training site. On the other hand, classroom-based training is entirely in-person and instructor-led. It consists of video lessons, video-guided and instructor-guided demonstrations, hands-on CPR and first aid techniques practice, constructive feedback, and Q&A time.
If you have already completed the online portion of the training without us, register for our practical skills class and let us know by phone or email.
There are many reasons, such as adult CPR techniques being performed for children who have reached puberty, and you never know when you will be in a situation where knowing adult CPR may save a life.
You will likely use first aid techniques more often than CPR and AED techniques. First aid includes, but is not limited to, burns, choking, bleeding, allergic reactions, strokes, and seizures; all of these injuries and illnesses can occur at any moment, and knowing how to properly clean and dress a wound can prevent infections, or knowing how to stabilize a broken bone can prevent further injury.
A challenge class is assessment-based, and it is for students who want to have certification without taking an initial or renewal training class. The student must complete a written exam and successfully complete the performance evaluations they are challenged for. If you choose to complete a challenge class, you may schedule an appointment on the "Registration" page. The estimated class time varies by certification type and time needed to complete the written exam.
