Flat rate: $20 per claim
What counts as a claim? One claim represents one week of services for one provider (RBT or BCBA), even if the claim contains multiple service lines.
A/R Recovery (Project-Based)
Up to 50 Claims: $750
51-150 Claims: $1,500
151-300 Claims: $3,000
300+ Claims: Custom Pricing
Includes: Insurance follow-ups, claim appeals and reconsiderations, corrected claim submissions, and AR recovery reporting.
Denial Management Services
Claim Appeal Preparation & Letter: $50
Eligibility & Benefit Verification Services
Initial Benefits Verification: $25 per patient
Reverification (annual or insurance change): $15
Same-Day Urgent Verification: $40
