This service prepares your professional profiles and accounts for credentialing.
Individual BCBA® credentialing and payor enrollment are billed separately.

This package provides comprehensive administrative setup and profile alignment to prepare BCBAs® for future credentialing and payer enrollment, including:

• NPI & Medicaid Taxonomy Updates: Review and update provider taxonomy to ensure your NPI and Medicaid records accurately reflect BCBA® services and are properly aligned across systems.
• CAQH Profile Setup or Update: Creation or review of your CAQH profile, including demographic, education, licensure, and practice information, with attestation readiness support to ensure your profile is ready for insurance credentialing.
• Q-Global Account Setup: Account setup or verification to ensure required credential documentation is properly established and organized.
• Managed Care Demographic Updates: Updates for up to two managed care plans, including NPI, taxonomy, address, and contact information, to maintain consistency and reduce future credentialing delays.

In addition to provider setup services, we offer individual BCBA® credentialing support for both solo practitioners and Florida-based therapy agencies that require assistance credentialing a new BCBA® with private insurance payors.
