Livescan Fingerprinting

Fast, Accurate, and Secure Fingerprinting!

We specialize in providing livescan fingerprinting services designed to meet the needs of individuals across various industries. Our service ensures compliance with regulatory requirements for background checks by utilizing the latest technology to deliver fast, accurate, and secure electronic fingerprinting. After the fingerprints are captured at our location, the electronic fingerprints are then securely transmitted directly to the appropriate state or federal agency for processing.

How It Works

  1.  Visit Our Location: Contact us or use our online booking system to schedule your fingerprinting appointment at a time that’s convenient for you. We also accept walk-ins. 
  2. Bring the Required Documents: On the day of your visit, bring a valid form of identification (e.g., driver’s license, passport) and any documentation required by the agency requesting your fingerprints. For example, the Florida Department of Children and Family (DCF) requires an OCA (Originating Case Agency) number to be included in your fingerprint submission. 
  3. Fingerprinting Process: Our trained technicians will digitally capture your fingerprints using Livescan technology. The process is quick, clean, and noninvasive and should take no more than 10 minutes.
  4. Submission: Your fingerprints will be securely transmitted to the appropriate agency for background check processing. You’ll receive a confirmation of the submission for your records, including the TCN (Transaction Control Number) and submission date.
  5. Receive Results: The agency will process your background check and provide the results directly to the requesting organization. We do not receive a copy of the results. Processing time depends on the regulatory agency, typically at or less than 10 business days.

Appointments are required. Appointment times are from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM. 


You must bring a valid form of identification (e.g., driver’s license, passport) and any documentation required by the agency requesting your fingerprints. For example, the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) requires an OCA (Originating Case Agency) number to be included in your fingerprint submission. 


The visit itself will take no more than 10-15 minutes. However, the regulatory agency's processing time can take up to 5 business days to receive the results; typically, it takes much less. 


Your fingerprints will be transmitted to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) for processing before going to the regulatory agency corresponding to the ORI  you selected/provided. We will provide you a Transaction Control Number (TCN) for your captured fingerprints so you can track the status via the FDLE website, however, we will not receive a copy of your results nor you, only the licensing agency.


An ORI stands for "Originating Agency Identification," which is how we know which regulatory agency to transmit your captured fingerprints to. If you do not recall or have the ORI available, we have an ORI list in our office. Please be aware, though, that we are not at fault if you provide us with the incorrect ORI.
